Terms & Conditions

• Supervision:
• The TClub area is not suitable for unsupervised children while parents are at the bar.
• For younger children, please visit our dedicated Astro Fun Zone, located opposite the T-Room (breakfast area).
• Video games are designed for adults and families.

• Booking & Cancellation:
• All bookings must be made online via the QR code.
• Deposits are cash only at the bar.
• Bookings are non-refundable.
• Late arrivals will forfeit play time.

• Use of Equipment:
• Guests are responsible for all equipment. Any loss or damage (e.g., broken cues or lost clubs) will result in loss of deposit.

• Dress Code:
• Appropriate casual attire is required.
• School uniforms, work uniforms are not permitted.

• Media Consent:
• By entering the TClub, you consent to photos or videos being taken for promotional use.

• Gameplay Safety:
• Participation is at your own risk. Please play responsibly.

• Behaviour:
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave and may impose bans if necessary.

• Age Restrictions:
• Guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult from 9pm.
• Guests under 16 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
